IMPORTANT INFORMATION

BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION

• The Board of Directors Election will begin June 1, 2026. 
• All votes returned by paper ballot MUST be received by the Secretary no later than July 7, 2026, by 5 pm.
• ONLINE voting will void your paper ballot and will end July 9, 2026 @ 5 pm.
• A paper ballot will be mailed to every ELIGIBLE member beginning June 1, 2026. 
• Only one Owner/Member may vote by MAIL or ONLINE.
• If you choose to vote ONLINE, your PAPER ballot will be voided.
• ELIGIBILITY IS DETERMINED BY MEMBERSHIP AND DUES BEING CURRENT PER THE BYLAWS.
• MEMBERSHIP IS DETERMINED BY RECEIVED NOTARIZED JOINDER (per 2025 Bylaws Articles 1, 2, and 3) - PLEASE CALL THE CVRIA OFFICE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS:  520-449-3309

• Agenda will be posted in the June Newsletter via email (if we have one on file or on the Website)
• Votes will be posted and Certified at this meeting.
